What is Safe Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)?

By injecting fat that was surgically extracted from unpleasant areas of the body into the buttocks, a Safe Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) enhances the volume and contour of the buttocks.
With its process-focused approach to contouring the body, separation, aspiration, and fatty equilibration (SAFE) liposuction reduces damage to surrounding structures. “Separation, Aspiration, and Fat Equalization” is what SAFELipo stands for.
This advanced outpatient procedure enhances the buttocks’ projection and form, providing outstanding outcomes. During this butt augmentation procedure, a patient’s body fat is taken directly from various body parts. In other words, a Safe BBL is a basic and secure treatment that can produce outcomes that feel and appear natural.
While there are a number of factors that can influence fat survival, all plastic surgeons agree that the patient’s recovery plays a major role in deciding the fat cells’ rate of survival and the outcome of the Safe BBL surgery.
One of the key stages in liposuction surgery is fat purification. A centrifuge is a separate tool that the Clinic Wise’s plastic surgeon implements to process fat cells extracted from donor locations. To purify the fatty tissues, it extracts extra fluid from them. This automated liposuction surgery treatment promises that the body fats are clean.
The procedure ensures that only robust and healthy cells are performed in fat transplantation in addition to eliminating any undesirable materials from human fat. The suggested approach allows plastic surgeons to use the maximum amount of body fat available to them in order to achieve long-lasting and effective effects.

Common Instructions After SAFE BBL

• After the surgery while you are in bed, you need to move your legs.
In a couple of hours, you will be able to eat and drink. After that you should immediately start to walk with assistance. Early mobilization will protect you from any kind of serious complications.
• Resume activities slowly. You may feel tired for the first few days, but you can return to your normal activities, such as going to work, within 1 week.
• You could do light exercises such as walking in the first week. You can do heavier exercises in one month by increasing your exercise capacity.
• Take all medications as prescribed postoperatively.
• Varying amount of bruising and swelling is expected as a result of the surgery. It usually takes about 6 months to see your final result.
• Avoid direct sunlight to the incision for at least 1-year. Use a sunscreen cream with an SPF of 30 or greater to help decrease the visibility of the scar. You may use silicone gel to reduce scar visibility more quickly.
• Drink plenty of fluids after surgery to help replenish fluids that may have been lost before and during surgery (3-4 liters per day).
• Do not take caffeine-containing medications for 1 month after the surgery.
• You can start using vitamins 5 days after the surgery.
• Be careful when getting up from a chair or bed as you may experience slight dizziness.
• You will go home with a compression garment in place. You will need to wear this garment at all times for four weeks after surgery. After the drains are removed (3-4 days), you may take the garment off to shower, but it should be put back on afterward.
• The compression dressings (and/or backboard) on the back curve (the triangle above your butt) should stay for one month after the surgery.
• Expect to have a moderate amount of swelling and drainage. You may change the gauze pads over your garment as needed to help keep clothing dry. The drainage from the small incisions may be significant for the first 24 hours after surgery but it will stop after 5-7 days.

About The Recovery Process After Brazilian Butt Lift Surgery

About The Recovery Process After Brazilian Butt Lift Surgery

Turkey is a popular destination for BBL surgery operations applied for individuals who want to have a more effective buttocks. In this content, Clinic Wise provides information about the post-operative recovery process for individuals who are considering having a BBL in Turkey.

Recovering from a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a crucial aspect of the overall procedure. Proper recovery helps minimize complications and ensures the best possible results. Here are some general guidelines, but keep in mind that individual recovery experiences may vary:

Immediate Post-Operative Period: You’ll spend some time in a recovery area where medical staff will monitor your vital signs.

It’s common to experience swelling, bruising, and discomfort in both the liposuction and injection sites.

Pain Management: Your surgeon will prescribe pain medications or recommend over-the-counter pain relievers to manage any discomfort.

Follow the prescribed dosage instructions and contact your surgeon if pain persists or worsens.

Compression Garments: You’ll likely be instructed to wear compression garments to reduce swelling and help the body conform to its new shape. Follow your surgeon’s recommendations regarding garment use.

Limiting Activities: For the first few weeks, you’ll need to avoid sitting directly on your buttocks to protect the newly transplanted fat. Some surgeons recommend sitting on a specialized cushion or using a “donut” pillow.

Strenuous activities and exercise should be avoided during the initial recovery period.

Follow-Up Appointments:  Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments with your surgeon. They will monitor your progress, remove any stitches, and address any concerns you may have.

Hydration and Nutrition: Stay well-hydrated and follow a balanced diet to support the healing process.

Avoid Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking can impede the healing process, so it’s advisable to avoid smoking during the recovery period.

Alcohol consumption may also be restricted, as it can interfere with the body’s ability to heal.

Sleeping Position: Sleep on your stomach or sides rather than on your back to avoid pressure on the buttocks.

Swelling and Bruising: Swelling and bruising are normal parts of the recovery process. They will gradually subside over the weeks following surgery.

Resuming Activities:Your surgeon will provide guidance on when you can gradually resume normal activities and exercise.

It’s crucial to follow your surgeon’s post-operative instructions closely and communicate any unusual symptoms or concerns promptly. Every patient’s recovery is unique, so your surgeon will provide personalized guidance based on your specific case. Be patient with the healing process, and avoid rushing back into normal activities to allow your body sufficient time to recover and achieve optimal results.
